Aditi has also presented her  dance productions composed with her students of her dance school, Nrityaneer, at annual programs of Nrityaneer held in 2002, 2004, 2006 and 2007.She has taught over fifty students at Nrityaneer, some of whom have performed with her as a part of her dance troupe and are now quite accomplished as solo performers. Her choreographies at Nrityaneer mostly revolved around themes from Indian mytholgy evident in her Teen Katha (a story based on Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu) and Sri Krishna Prem Gatha ( a comparitive study of Jaidev's Geetagovindam and Tagore's Bhanu Singher Padabali).

 

 At present Aditi is the dance director of MUDRA an organization for Indian classical dance formed by Aditi and students at the University of Missouri-Columbia. This organization has started working with a goal of providing a platform for Indian classical dance in mid Missouri. They have very recently presented three dance productions 'Geetgovindam' , 'Vasantvihaar' and 'Celebration of Melodies' at different places in and around Columbia. They are also organizing performances by dancers from all over the world on the campus of University of Missouri. Columbia Dance Festival held in October, 2010 was two day Dance Festival organized by MUDRA for the first time in Columbia showcasing 10 different classical dance styles from across the world.

 

In Calcutta, she has worked in collaboration with Atma Pratyay, an organization dedicated to helping mentally challenged children lead a normal life. Aditi choreographed dance items for these differently abled children along with her regular students at Nrityaneer. They have performed together at different dance programs and have been greatly appreciated by the audience.


Besides, traditional Odissi dance Aditi has also taken lead roles in Rabindranath Tagore's dance dramas, Chandalika, Tasher Desh and Shapmochon.

 

Aditi has actively pursued her medical career and remained a dedicated Odissi performer and choreographer. She desires to learn more about the ancient, fascinating, and yet continually evolving dance form of Odissi.
